The TX-ff104 Alyzeus was developed as a temporary training machine to prepare Lane Aim for the extreme speeds of the Penelope’s Flight Form.
Instead of using the unfinished Minovsky Flight Unit technology, the Alyzeus employs twenty Shelf Nozzles positioned across its body. These plasma jet propulsion units allow the mobile suit to achieve incredible atmospheric flight performance while giving it its distinctive mechanical appearance.
Built around a modified Mass Production Type ν Gundam, the Alyzeus bridges classic Universal Century engineering with the experimental technology that would eventually lead to the Penelope.
