Bring along a kit you’re working on or pick up your next build in store, find a seat and get building! Whether you’re putting together your very first Gunpla kit or working through an ambitious Master Grade, builders of all experience levels are welcome. Build at your own pace, ask questions, swap tips and see what everyone else is creating.
Our Build Days are also a chance to learn from fellow hobbyists. From getting cleaner finishes to discussing tools, painting and airbrushing, there’s plenty to chat about and inspiration to take home.

Free food and good company are part of what makes our Gunpla UK Build Days special. It’s a chance to put down the tools, take a break from your model kit and enjoy something to eat together.
Breaking bread helps people feel at home. Sitting down over a meal gives us time to talk, swap stories and get to know the person beside us. A conversation might start with the kit you’re building and soon lead to shared interests, a few laughs and a new friendship.
Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a familiar face around the building tables, you’re welcome to join us for some food and a chat. We love seeing people come together through the hobby and leave feeling part of the community.
Once a quarter, our Gunpla UK Build Days carry on into the evening as we open the Drunken Gundam!
When the building is finished, the nippers go away and the drinks flow. With the kits safely packed up, it’s time to pull up a chair, enjoy a drink and settle in for an evening of good company, stories and plenty of laughs.
Our Drunken Gundam evenings give everyone a chance to unwind and get to know the people they’ve been building alongside. From tales of missing parts and modelling mishaps to conversations that wander well beyond Gundam, there’s always something to laugh about around the table.
It’s a quarterly get-together that celebrates the friendships made through our hobby—and a chance to raise a glass with the Gunpla UK community.
