We Aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, but in most cases we will dispatch within 24hrs of placing your order.
Where the billing and delivery address differs, unless there is prior agreement, Gunpla UK will only ship to the billing address.

Delivery to mainland United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate for the following options.
2-4 Business Days delivery from £3.99
1-2 Business Days delivery from £5.99
Delivery to NON Mainland United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate for the following.
3-5 Business Days delivery from £10.99
Delivery to International addresses is charged at a flat rate of From £21.99
Note, All importation costs are entirely at the customers cost.
Gunpla UK LTD are not in anyway responsible for the importation tax rates of customers country of residence. Failing to pay importation and local tax will result in the customers order being return to ourselves.
Please check with your local customs officials before placing any orders for their importation rules regarding the products we sell.
If a return happens from outside the UK, Gunpla UK will not refund customers delivery costs.
Returns
Damaged or Faulty Items
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please reject it. You must contact us at info@gunpla.co.uk within 48hrs of delivery rejection. By not contacting us, you may delay any replacements or refunds owed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gunpla UK LTD, 3 Salem St, Bradford, BD1 4QH.
Returns where Gunpla UK are not at fault
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or Gunpla UK may refuse the return and no refund will be given
