ABOUT MR TOP COAT
Mr Top Coat is used for the final finish on painted models. It is water-based and can be painted over both Mr Color (solvent-Based acrylic) and Aqueous Hobby Color (water-based acrylic) paints. It may also be applied over water slide decals.
USING MR TOP COAT FLAT SPRAY
B-503 Flat may become white if it is painted too thick. Spray it thinly and do not use it in humid environment.
