The Freedom Gundam is piloted by Kira Yamato in both Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. It is a defining mobile suit in both series and was later destroyed by Shin Asuka in the Impulse Gundam. However, the Freedom Gundam was later survived by Strike Freedom Gundam.
